Our ESG vision is based on 4 pillars:

  3. Caring for society and protecting the environment
  4. Responsible and sustainable management

Standards and working environment that take into account the policy of equal treatment

The Omega Group guarantees that employees’ human rights are respected and protected, and that they are treated with dignity and respect. We comply with laws related to the environment and occupational health and safety.

Concern for environmental protection

The Omega Group responsibly manages its environmental impact, and strives to assess and minimize that impact. Specifically, this includes reduction of emissions, including greenhouse gases, waste reduction, recovery of raw materials, rational management of water consumption and wastewater disposal.

As part of our environmental protection efforts at our Omega Business Center headquarters in Sekocin Nowy, we implemented a smog-absorbing mural in cooperation with artists – refugees from Ukraine. The mural was made using state-of-the-art Airlite paint, which is 100% natural, contains no VOCs, eliminates bacteria and mold, has high solar reflectance, long-lasting performance and reduces air pollution.

Our companies have also adopted decarbonization policies to guide their decarbonization and environmental responsibility efforts. We aim to minimize our carbon footprint and support the global effort to combat climate change.
